This is the privacy notice of Aziobot B.V. In this document, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Aziobot B.V.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of www.aziobot.com visitors and service users. This notice is to inform you of our policy about all the information that we record about you. It covers both information that could identify you and information that could not. We understand that all users of our website are quite rightly concerned to know that their data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them and will not accidentally fall into the hands of a third party.

Our policy is both specific and complies with the new EU GDPR law. If you feel that our policy falls short of your expectations or that we are falling to stand your policy, do please tell us.

Except as set out below, we do not share, sell, or disclose to a third party, any personally identifiable information collected at this site. We don’t draw up profiles of you and we don’t take automated decisions that can have significant consequences for you. In order to take care of your personal data, we conclude a processing agreement with companies if those companies process your data in our assignment.

Here is a list of the information we collect from you and why is necessary to collect it:

Business and personal information

This includes basic identification and contact information, such as your name, email address, and contact details, all information given to us in the course of your business and ours. In other words, the information you give us in your capacity as our client. We undertake to safeguard the confidentiality of the information and of the terms of our relationship. It is not used for any other purposes. We expect you to reciprocate this policy.

This information is used:

  • to provide you with the services which you request;
  • for verifying your identity for security purposes;
  • for marketing purposes of our services and products;
  • the information which does not identify any individual may be used in a general way by us or third parties, to provide class information, for example relating to demographics or usage of a particular page or service.

We keep the information, which forms part of our business record for a minimum of six years. That is because we may need it in some way to support a claim or defense in court.

Marketplace information

When we obtain information from you specifically to enable you to buy a service offered on our website by some other person, we assume that in giving us your information, you are also giving us permission to pass it to the relevant person.

Website usage information

We may use software embedded in our website (such as JavaScript) to collect information about pages you view and how you have reached them, what you do when you visit a page, the length of time you spent per page, and how we perform in providing content to you. We do not presently associate such information with an identifiable person.

Third-party advertising

Third parties may advertise on our website. In doing so, those parties, their agents, or their companies working for them may use technology that automatically collects our IP address when they send an advertisement that appears on our site to your browser. They may also use other techniques such as cookies or JavaScript to personalize the content of and to measure the performance of their adverts. We do not have control over these technologies or the data that these parties obtain. Accordingly, this privacy notice does not cover the information practices of these third parties.

The content you provide to us with a view to being used by the third party

If you provide information to us with a view to it being read, copied, downloaded, or used by their people we accept no responsibility for what that third party may do with it. It is up to you to satisfy yourself about the privacy level of every person who might see your information. If it is available to all the World, neither we nor you have no control wherever as to how it is used.

Calling our helpline

When you call our helpline, we collect Calling Line Identification (CLI) information. We use this information to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our helpline.

Sending a message to our support system

When you send a message, we collect the data you have given to us in that message in order to obtain confirmation that you are entitled to receive the information and to provide you with the information you need.  We record your request and our replay in order to increase the efficiency of our business/organization. We do no keep any personally identifiable information associated with your messages, such as your name or email address.

Disclosure to Government and their agencies

We are subject to the law like everyone else. We may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorization such as a search warrant or court order.

Wish to know which personal data we processed? Send an email to contact@aziobot.com with a request for access to your data. You will receive a response to the request within four weeks.

Are your personal data incorrect, incomplete, irrelevant for the purposes for which they are processed or otherwise in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or other legislation? Then you have the right to correction of your personal data. Correction means correction, addition, deletion, or blocking of your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to have fewer data processed, the right to withdraw permission you have given, and the right to data portability. Send your request to conacts@aziobot.com. You will receive a response to the request within four weeks. We would also like to point out the possibility of submitting a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Safety

Personal data are personal and should remain personal. We find it just as important as you that your personal data do not go public or are processed unlawfully. We, therefore, apply all possible technical and organizational measures to safely handle your personal data. To secure your personal data we use security software such as a virus scanner and firewall, a secure internet connection and backups.

Storage personal data

We do not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary for carrying out the purposes. If there are legal requirements applicable to the storage, the personal data are no longer stored than required by law.
